Hot therapy (also called thermotherapy) is best used before a workout or for chronic muscle tension and joint stiffness.

Cold therapy (also known as cryotherapy) is best used immediately after intense exercise or injury to reduce swelling and pain.

Hours:

M-F | 6am to 10pm

Sat | 10am to 7pm

Sun | 10am to 6pm
